What Bharat Single Entry does
Bill-by-bill adjustment
For a bill-by-bill party a window lists its pending bills to adjust, with automatic oldest-first fill.
Contra too
With a bank ledger at the top and cash as the party, the row is saved as a contra entry.
Sales entry with GST (F9)
Invoice date, number and party; sale type picked from the party's GST number; columns for 18%, 5%, 0% and more that you switch on or off.
Tax-inclusive or taxable
Type the final amount and it splits into basic + CGST / SGST, or type the taxable value and tax is added.
HSN items made once
Optional HSN column creates a standard item like 'GOODS 18% 8570' once and reuses it, no duplicates.
Excel friendly
Paste rows from Excel, download the blank format, or import a file, check and save.
Nothing lost
Rows that fail to save stay in a pending list you can recall, so nothing is typed twice. Every saved voucher is backed up.
How it works
Install
Close BUSY and run the Setup; it adds Bharat Single Entry to BUSY's Add-Ons menu.
Open from BUSY
Add-Ons menu; the open company and year are used.
Type rows
Party, amount, discount, narration; Enter moves on.
F2 to save
Every row is saved into BUSY as its own voucher.

As a regular BUSY voucher, using BUSY's own voucher format, so BUSY recalculates balances itself.

Yes: Bharat Single Entry Composition, a separate Setup with composition sales and purchase screens.
Does it work on a LAN?
Yes, with both BUSY Access and SQL Server companies, on every PC that runs BUSY.
Voucher numbers?
Auto (continuing from BUSY) or manual, your choice.
