- Install and train your staff in Hindi; the add-on appears in BUSY's Add-Ons menu.

What can be customised in BUSY accounting software?
Invoice, challan and voucher print formats; new reports (item-wise profit, party ageing, salesman-wise, scheme-wise); add-on screens that run from BUSY's Add-Ons menu; automatic WhatsApp / e-mail of bills; imports from Excel, GSTR-2A, Tally or other software; and integrations with your website, app or weighbridge.
Does customisation change my BUSY data or licence?
No. Our add-ons read BUSY data directly and write only through BUSY itself, keeping a backup of every voucher they change. Your BUSY licence and updates stay as they are.
How much does BUSY customisation cost?
Small print-format or report changes are usually fixed-price; add-on modules are quoted after a 15-minute WhatsApp or AnyDesk discussion. 18% GST extra. Many requests are already covered by our ready add-ons, which cost less than custom work.
How long does it take?
Print formats and simple reports: 1-3 days. Add-on modules: 1-4 weeks depending on scope. We show working screens on your own data before final delivery.
Do you work outside Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana?
Yes. Customisation is delivered remotely over AnyDesk to BUSY users anywhere in India; on-site visits are available near Sri Ganganagar, Jaipur and Abohar.
Which BUSY versions do you support?
BUSY 21 on Windows (Access and SQL Server data). Ask us for current BUSY Magic support for a specific add-on.
