No physical shipping
We sell software and services only. Nothing is sent by courier, so there are no shipping charges.
Software delivery
After payment is confirmed, we send the download link and activate your licence on WhatsApp or e-mail, usually within 4 working hours and at the latest within 1 working day. You can also download setups from our Downloads page and manage your licence from the Customer login page.
BUSY licences and renewals
BUSY licences are generated through BUSY Infotech and are usually delivered the same working day, at the latest within 2 working days. Renewals are applied to your existing BUSY serial number.
Services
Installation, setup, training and support are given remotely (UltraViewer) or on-site as agreed, usually within 1 to 3 working days of payment. We confirm the date and time with you.
Delays
If delivery takes longer than stated, we tell you the reason and new time. If we cannot deliver at all, you get a full refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
