Forgot a BUSY password? The difference between the registration password and company login, how to get each back, and when to write to BUSY support.
BUSY has two passwords, and the way back is different for each.
| Password | How to get it back |

| Registration password | License Management > Get Softlock License File: enter serial no. and registered e-mail, click Forgot Password; it is mailed to you |
| Sub-user login | The super user resets it: Administration > Users > Modify |
| Super user login | Write to BUSY support with the company letterhead and BUSY serial no., as BUSY's help says |
Keep the serial number and registered e-mail safe; renewals need them too (BUSY renewal).
Menu names as given in BUSY's own help on busy.in; they can differ slightly by BUSY version, plan and configuration. Take a backup before changing settings.
