Find why GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, 2A / 2B and your BUSY books do not match: a month-by-month cross match, common reasons and an error finder that shows the bills behind each gap.
Most GST notices start with a mismatch: sales in GSTR-1 differ from 3B, or ITC claimed in 3B is more than 2B shows. Finding it early, month by month, saves interest and replies later.

- A sale bill entered in BUSY after GSTR-1 was filed
- Credit notes or returns in one return but not the other
- Supplier filed late, so the bill is not in your 2B yet

Why does my GSTR-3B not match GSTR-1?
Usually bills or credit notes entered after one return was filed, returns shown in one and not the other, or rate and GSTIN errors. A month-by-month cross match shows where.
Why is my ITC in 3B more than 2B?
Often suppliers filed late or with a wrong GSTIN, so the bill is in your books but not in 2B. Match 2B with BUSY bill by bill to find them.
Can I check this inside BUSY?
