Enter opening balances in BUSY: one master at a time, many at once with Bulk Updations, or from Excel; and how balances carry to the next year.
- One master: Administration > Masters > Account or Item > Modify, enter the opening balance or stock
- Many masters: Administration > Bulk Updations > Multiple Item Creation or Modification (fields ACC_OP_BAL, ITEM_OP_STOCK_MAIN_UNIT)
- From Excel: Administration > Data Export Import > Import Masters from MS Excel
