Barcode Labels in BUSY: Make a Format and Print in Bulk

Print barcode labels from BUSY: configure a label format, add item, batch and serial fields, print from the item master, vouchers or current stock in bulk.
Make a label format
Open
Add-On > Item Barcode Printing > Configure Barcode Labels > Add Format.
Design
Name the format and use Configure Label to place item, parameter, serial and batch fields; save.
- From the item master or from a voucher
- In bulk: Add-On > Item Barcode Printing > print barcode from current stock status
- The barcode value can be kept in the item alias, so scanning picks the item in billing
BUSY notes that label printing is limited in demo mode and the basic model. For counter billing see POS billing in BUSY.
Menu names as given in BUSY's own help on busy.in; they can differ slightly by BUSY version, plan and configuration. Take a backup before changing settings.
