Correct the party in many BUSY vouchers at once: list a ledger's bills, set the right party on each row or paste a list, save once. BUSY re-posts ledgers, balances and GST.
A new operator picks the wrong "Sharma Traders", or bills are posted to a cash party that should go to a credit customer. Opening each voucher, changing the party and saving takes hours, and one miss changes the GST return.
The slow way in BUSY
Open the ledger, open each voucher with Alt+M or Enter, change the party, save, and repeat for every bill. Then check the ledgers and GSTR-1 again.
The fast way: Bharat Bulk Handler
Pick the ledger
Type a few letters (F4) and its vouchers of the open year are listed with date, number, type and amount.
Set the right party
Double-click a row, or work like Excel: paste one name for all selected rows or a list row by row. One ledger can go to several parties.
Save once
Each voucher is re-saved through BUSY itself with only the party changed; BUSY recalculates ledgers, balances and GST.
Undo if needed
The original of every voucher is kept with an audit log; undo the last save in one click.

How do I change the party in many BUSY bills at once?

Yes. Each voucher is re-saved through BUSY itself, which recalculates the ledgers, balances and GST.
