What we collect
When you place an order or enquiry we receive the details you type (name, mobile, e-mail, firm, city, state, GSTIN, BUSY serial number, message) through WhatsApp, e-mail or our forms. Our desktop software registers a licence with name, mobile, e-mail and city. To check the licence and to give support, updates and BUSY renewal service, it also sends the licence server your subscription ID, a code for the PC, the software version, the date, how long the software was open and how many times it was started, and the BUSY serial number and BUSY version of that PC. Your BUSY data, party names, amounts and bills are never sent.
Payments
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner on its own secure pages. We never see or store your card number, CVV, net-banking password or UPI PIN. We receive only the payment status, amount, transaction reference and the name, mobile and e-mail given at checkout, which we use to issue your invoice and licence.
How we use it
Only to answer you, process your order and payment, issue invoices, activate licences and give support. We do not sell or rent your details. We share them only with BUSY Infotech when needed to issue or renew a BUSY licence, and with our payment gateway and service providers to complete your order.
Jobs & referrals network
If you register as a professional, we keep the details you send (name, contact, city, skills, experience and the work you want) to refer you to businesses or firms that ask us for such a person. We share your profile only with them and after informing you, never publish it, and delete it when you ask. Requirements sent by businesses are used only to suggest suitable professionals.
Your accounting data
Our desktop tools process your ledgers and company data on your own computer. We do not receive that data unless you send it to us for support.
Cookies and chat
This website has no advertising or tracking scripts. The live chat window (tawk.to) may set its own cookies to keep your chat open; you can use WhatsApp or the phone instead if you prefer.
Data security and retention
Customer and licence records are kept on secured servers with restricted access, for as long as you are our customer and as required by tax law. You can ask us to delete data we do not need to keep by law.
Deleting your data
To delete your account and personal data, send a request from your registered mobile or e-mail to [email protected] or WhatsApp +91-93149 87634 with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm and delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as GST invoices).
